The beaches stretch for miles and have soft, powdery, white sand, which is perfect for sunbathing, shell hunting, beach volleyball, and building sandcastles. Being located on the west-end of PCB, this location is very quite, golf-cart friendly neighborhood and great for families to relax and create wonderful memories.

Local beaches include: Laguna, Sunnyside, Kiska, Carillon, and a couple miles from the beaches of Inlet, Rosemary, Alys beaches and many more along 30A. 

There are many attractions near by, including Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Shell Island excursions and Frank Brown Sports Complex. 30A is just a short drive  away to many local restaurants and local shopping. 

For hiking enthusiasts, there are trails available at Conservation Park, St. Andrews State Park and Camp Helen State Park both with beach access. Lake Powell is located just a mile away and is the largest coastal dune lake in Florida. Lake Powell Park is a small park perfect for outdoor picnics and has a boat ramp included. This park is a great launch point for paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, jet skiing and fishing.
